On time , very polite , done right ! The tech guy advised me clearly about my furnace condition, so there were no surprises on the outcome . Unfortunately my furnace is now n the end of its life, so whatever I get from it, I will be happy about it. I have been served by Arpis since I built my house, and they also take care of of my ac units . Highly recommended

Arpi's has a maintenance program that is very good. Arpi's keeps track of when the equipment needs the annual maintenance/checkup, and emails a reminder to set up the appointment. Booking a time is easy. I do wish the window for the service call could be smaller, but, that seems to be the norm now. Arpi's does send a picture and bio of the technician assigned, for added security. And their techs all wear Arpi's logo on their uniforms. The techs are punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and do a pretty good job cleaning up when they are done. The price is fair and well worth it. The only suggestion I can add is maybe carry a shop vac but that's pretty rare.

Logan and team were great, really pleasant, skillful and efficient. They did great work and I would happily recommend their service to anyone. They were very respectful and understanding of the fact I work from home. The quality of service despite needing to work around me was excellent.

Excellent service yet again! Annual service moved up a day to accommodate unexpected heating crash. Technician Robb Natalie arrived right at time expected and proceeded to diagnose and fix problem with 12 year old furnace (regulator valve failed). Once this problem had been addressed, Robb then completed the annual inspection, including the humidifier and hot water tank. Fast efficient service from a knowledgeable technician, leaving me confident in the operation of my heating unit for another year. Thoroughly appreciate the response and level of customer service. Highly recommend this company.
