Had our first yearly service completed on our furnace and AC today! Ryan and Hunter showed up on time, went through what the process was of the service, listened to our concerns and completed the service as needed leaving the complete work area clean and tidy. As part of our platinum package left the 4 new filters. Sent us the complete checklist via email with all noted checks that were completed.

We just had a great service from Ryan. He was very informative and pleasant to deal with. Came exactly when he said and was fast doing the service.

Jae Kim attended for Arpis to replace our broken and out of date thermostat. He assessed and explained the issue fully then offered options for rectifying the problem. He was thorough and efficient. Once complete he explained his work and guided us through the new equipment. He was polite and courteous. 5 stars Jae!

We had maintenance done on our tankless hot water system, and our technician Tiffany was professional, thorough, and very personable. She showed us exactly what she did with her tune up, highlighted areas we needed to keep in mind, and made sure everything was running smoothly by the time she finished. Highly recommended!

We had our AC installed with arpis last year and it went great! Fast service and absolutely no issues. Technicians are always super helpful and nice and one time!! Which is hard to come by!
