Not only do I appreciate the process Arpi’s has when booking an appointment but the heads up about when the technician will arrive the day of the appointment is so accurate and helpful. Myles was fantastic and solved the problem with my air conditioner and made sure to explain the problem and what he did to solve it. I pay for a yearly plan and like that my furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and drainage of my hot water tank. I can rely on Arpi’s doing an excellent service job. I get the servicing done in August each year so that both the furnace and air conditioner can be serviced at the same time. I have always had excellent technicians from Arpi’s.
