A couple of months ago we found our air conditioner was barely blowing any cold air through our vents. We later noticed water coming out of our furnace. We called Arpi's, and upon inspection they found that we had a number of problems: leaking coolant from the AC unit and frozen evaporator coil were the main culprits. But it didn't end there; the drip pan for the coil had broken due to a manufacturing defect and had leaked loads of water all over the furnace blower fan motor.

It looked as though this would end up being several thousand dollars worth of repairs and parts, and I'm sure we were visibly a bit distraught. However our outstanding technician, Seth, must have made a strong plea on our behalf. Arpi's offered to cover the costs of labor and all parts for just the price of the blower motor, which was likely at least 1/5th of what we otherwise would have paid.

Seth himself came back about a week later to make the repairs, and our AC has been running beautifully since. Thanks to Arpi’s and Seth for softening what could have been a very expensive and stressful event!

Our tech Kelly was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kelly was prompt and offered other products but was not pushy or anything. You could tell he just wanted to ensure that we were fully taken care off. Chub Grewal conducted the annual maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner on July 7, 2025. I found that his knowledge, attention to detail, pleasant manner, and “patience to explain” rendered him the best Arpi’s technician we have had in 23 years. Chub handled our equipment as if it was his own.

We had Vanessa Lam and Salam come out to service our air conditioner. During the inspection they found some issues with our furnace that we were unaware of. Vanessa was excellent during the appointment. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in discussing the issues and our options. Overall, was a great customer experience and will be referring Vanessa, Salam, and Arpi’s to anyone who asks.

We've had Vanessa Lam as our technician for furnace & air conditioner work for the last couple of years. She is very knowledgeable, professional & personable. She always takes the time to answer questions. We will continue to request Vanessa for our technician for any future work.

Adam McLong was just at our place and did an amazing inspection on our furnace and air conditioner, and replaced parts. He instructed us on our thermostat and smoke/carbon monoxide detector. He spent a lot of time here and did such a thorough job. We will ask for Adam every time! We also got a very detailed report so we thank everyone for that as well. And Adam was great with our pets! Arpi’s was at my place as I had heard a noise a couple of times when my air conditioner turned on. They were able to send a tech out the same day I called them!

Jacob came out and did a very thorough check and walked me through all the diagnostics. He was very friendly and helpful.

Adam McLong was extremely pleasant and professional. His visit yesterday involved inspections of our furnace and air conditioner and I have never seen a technician perform a more thorough job. He spent more than 2.5 hours in total and he found several things that previous inspections missed. Adam fixed the problems that he found and was very clear in his explanations of the work he did. Next year, I will be requesting that Adam does my annual inspection for 2026.

Ray has been coming to service my furnaces and air conditioner units for years at various locations. He is always pleasant and professional. He does his job with efficiency and his knowledge of the units is obvious. I look forward to seeing him again on the next annual service.

We had Arpies do our annual inspection of our furnace and air conditioner. Adam, their technician was very thorough and helpful explaining the inspection procedures and end results of the inspection. Adam is very knowledgeable tradesman and well versed in his trade, as he was able to give suggestions and recommendations for proper upkeep and different issues he encountered during the inspection. I do appreciate Arpies efficiency and their knowledgeable trades people, and highly recommend their services.

Yearly maintenance was done on both my furnace and air conditioner. Good service with booking the appointment and great service from the technician Habte. He was on time, thorough in everything he did and was very pleasant. I purchased my furnace and a/c from Arpis and would highly recommend Arpi’s for all of their services.

Myles Learning is a very detail oriented technician from Arpis. He diagnosed, cleaned and serviced our two furnaces , two air conditioners and humidifier. He was diligent and worked at our place for at least 6 hours. Excellent service from Myles. I highly recommend Arpi’s.

Ray came to do the annual checkup and maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner and humidifier as part of our service contract. He was timely, helpful & kept me informed throughout the process. He replaced a failed part on the humidifier and sourced/replaced some insulation on the air conditioner during the appointment. I appreciated the assessment he provided on the equipment (I.e. the air conditioner is old, but still functioning) instead of recommending immediate replacement. He has given us piece of mind for another year!
