We just had the most exceptional customer service. Dawson was professional, knowledgeable and patient - ensuring that we had all of our questions answered about the services. It began with a quote, but his suggestions made sense and we decided to move ahead right away. We had a tricky cold plunge tub that he provided a water line for and he stayed to ensure it was all working correctly. Dawson has a gift for figuring out the issue - and an easy manner. He will continue to do well in this industry with his kindness and diligence. He was able to answer our questions on plumbing, electrical and refrigeration. He is a wonderful ambassador for Arpi's and we sincerely hope he is recognized for his value within the organization. Arpis people are sure very well organized and efficient. Arpis Plumbing just finished complete replacement of my Poly-B plumbing and several plumbing additions for a new Secondary Suite. Jordan was easy to contact and quick with replies and he was right on target with the plumbing plan. The plumbing work in my home proceeded without issue and I am very happy with the finished work.
I especially want to mention Carey (your head plumbing tech) because Carey made sure that everything went well and was done correctly. Carey communicated the work plan each day and answered all of my questions. It is obvious that Carey takes a lot of pride in his work and he made sure that every detail was taken care of.

Great job this morning!

Ray has serviced our furnace and humidifier previously. Then, as now, the work was done very well and professionally. We are very pleased with the quality of the service we received and will continue to do business with Arpi’s.

Habte, the technician, was very thorough in his inspections and adjustments. We went over everything, discussed replacing a defective part on the humidifier (which we did). Overall, good service.

Professional technician, and provided excellent service.

Had no heat! -20 outside. Arpi’s was able to get me a new furnace installed the next day and offered to lend me space heaters. Robert got straight to work and helped me move my furniture to make room for them. They all did a great job and a little more than I expected, thank you.

Thought it was time to give a shout out to my furnace technician Ray. Ray has been servicing my furnace for close to 19 years now, and each time I book my annual service I request him. Ray is very thorough and methodical, and always answers my questions in detail when asked. I can honestly say that Ray has never tried to up sell me on anything, and if he does recommend something then I know to take it seriously. As a side note I now have Ray and Arpi's servicing all HVAC in my mother's house. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbours.
