The installers were very knowledgeable and installed the furnaces professionally. The entire installation was done in a timely manner and no corners were cut.

Arpi's was one of the dealers were considering for an A/C installation. They are an BBB accredited business , and we were quite impressed with their product knowledge and thoroughness when they came to do the first inspection and quote.

We decided to go with them because they carried Lennox versus other quotes with similar pricing that didn't.

Their installers arrived on time and were very professional. They even rectified my humidifier discharge that was drained in the wrong way. This is something that they could have easily overlooked and I am glad they didn't. I would recommend this dealer if they live in the greater Calgary area.

Thank You for putting in place a team that where a repairman comes out at 3 am, who calls a sales rep at 4 am and is at your door by 8 or 9 am going the extra mile bringing 3 badly needed heaters and then confidently booking a [furnace] install crew for the next day in conditions that are extreme. You don't find that kind of teamwork and commitment anymore. 

I had Arpi's install a new Lennox furnace and central air conditioning. The service and professionalism from Arpi's was outstanding, from their sales staff, to the craftsmanship and pride that the installation crew showed. I cant say enough about these folks, other than super impressed with the level service I received.

The installers arrived on time, reviewed the scope of their work with me and answered all of my guestions. There was a regulatory issue regarding venting of my furnaces and hot water tank. Wes, the installer advised me of the problem and provided options for the solution, which required replacing my existing hot water tank with a power vented hot water tank. Pricing for this solution was provided very quickly and efficiently by both the installer and Arpi's office staff. Iwas pleased with the solution although it did mean extra cost but made the installation of vents a lot simpler as result. I am very happy with the installation and will definitely use Arpis for any further HVAC requirements I have in the future and will recommend Arpi's to all my friends and relatives.. Installation of a new furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner was done on time and is working great.

Arpi's was extremely flexible with scheduling the installation. The installation went very smoothly as the installers were very prepared and worked very diligently. Although installation was quick quality of the install was not compromised.

Being a very technical person, I wanted to oversee the installation myself and the techs had no issue with this. In fact, they went above and beyond to explain some rather technical stuff to me that normally would go unknown! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and the most professional service staff I have ever dealt with!

The staff were on time (or early!), helpful, and worked hard. They quoted me 6-8 hours to install the furnace but completed it in 4. They were very respectful and considerate of our home.
