It is that time again. Our annual furnace, air-conditioning and hot water tank service has been completed expertly by Jared. Yet another outstanding technician and professional from Arpis. Arpis has been doing our installs and service for over 20 years, and all the technicians have been top-notch. We are still running some older furnace equipment (thanks to Arpis annual maintenance) and Jared certainly provided an excellent look into the key areas of the inner workings, their function and their performance to ensure us that our furnaces are working optimally. He also provided a very detailed report and explanation of his findings for our records that will help us to keep on top of that inevitable time ahead when we get Arpis to install the new equipment. I highly recommend their services and certainly will not be looking anywhere else for HVAC and water tank services.

Myles came to fix a problem I was having with my air conditioner and he was excellent. Not only do I appreciate the process Arpi’s has when booking an appointment but the heads up about when the technician will arrive the day of the appointment is so accurate and helpful. Myles was fantastic and solved the problem with my air conditioner and made sure to explain the problem and what he did to solve it. Both Arpi’s and Myles were a 5 out of 5 on all aspects of my service call and solving the problem. I have also had many other technicians from Arpi’s in the past and have always had a positive consistent experience. I would highly recommend Arpi’s.
