***Added September 7th 2026*** Dawson serviced my combo heater. He knew the unit inside and out, and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it on the spot. This was a hot water emergency over a long weekend as well, and he showed up very quickly. Great technician who is professional and knows his stuff!! Super professional service and techs always make great recommendations. I use Arpi's annually for heating/cooling checkups and service.
