UPDATE: excellent service from Logan Caddick and his colleague cleaning ducts this week. Wrestled the big vacuum down the stairs and up again without dinging anything. Protected the heat exchanger in the furnace very nicely. Even took photos so we could see what was accomplished. Free with our furnace service plan.
