Logan, William & Nate were great, duct & dryer vent cleaning, explained everything in detail, reviewed pictures of before & after, compared with previous experience with ARPI's, amazing job. Added sanitizing & A/C cleaning.

Arpi’s supplied and installed our high efficiency Lennox furnace and accessories in 2009 and has since provided our annual maintenance service. Dave P. was our certified technician for 5 years and knew our furnace inside and out and when he left Arpi’s in 2017, we were disappointed and uncertain of who might be assigned next to maintain our furnace. Well, Vanessa Lam is our expert craftsman. The past two years, unfortunately occasional breakdowns were inevitable, but due to Vanessa's timely and knowing care of our furnace, she has indeed ensured our furnace performs optimally. We hope to have her for the life of our furnace. It is now December 2024 and we still have our furnace and our Arpi technician Jae Hyun Kim patiently explained to me his findings and services performed for each item on Arpi's 30 point furnace precision tune-up checklist (showing me pictures he took of each operation and the readings and his adjustments and cleaning et al.) and confirmed what was good and within specs and what was in need of monitoring. It is now September 2026 and Tony and his assistant Raj installed our new two stage high efficiency furnace with a top of the line Honeywell smart thermostat. Arpi''s performed as I expected, with its usual efficiency and satisfaction. A technician came out at no cost to inspect my old furnace and offered his diagnoses and recommendations. A project manager came out at no cost and made his recommendations for possible replacment furnaces based on my needs and with estimates. An installation date was set up within a week and the installation was completed in half a day. The setup was explained to me and my wife and the furnace is running just fine. The only hiccup was a more informative discussion about warranties and registration of the product would have been helpful but I dealt with it myself.
