Excellent service yet again! Annual service moved up a day to accommodate unexpected heating crash. Technician Robb Natalie arrived right at time expected and proceeded to diagnose and fix problem with 12 year old furnace (regulator valve failed). Once this problem had been addressed, Robb then completed the annual inspection, including the humidifier and hot water tank. Fast efficient service from a knowledgeable technician, leaving me confident in the operation of my heating unit for another year. Thoroughly appreciate the response and level of customer service. Highly recommend this company.

We’ve used this company a few times now since moving to Calgary and so far we have been very impressed by there work. They were a big help when the board to our furnace died over the winter and quickly got it fixed and we have to give a special shout out to there technician Seth Vanderzweep. We have multiple pets including two large dogs and he’s been really good at interacting with them. If you have any pets we would suggest requesting Seth and we look forward to continuing to do business with this company.

My wife and built a home in 2024 and reached out to a couple HVAC groups to install a heat pump and make some upgrades to our furnace after the fact. Arpri’s, who did the original HVAC rough-in, provided the best experience without any doubt. Project manager Michael, answered all our questions, provided an objective option list and was patient with our questions. The technicians, Lovepreet and Brady were professional, timely and courteous. Arpi’s will be our go-to for any HVAC-related queries. Kudos to the whole team.

Timely, professional and affordable service. The technician explained everything my furnace and humidifier needed in a way that was easy to understand. Definitely impressed and I’ll be calling them back this summer for my air conditioner installation.

I had to have my Poly B piping removed and I was quite pleased with the job that Arpi's did. It's not a job I would want to go through again but glad it's done. Julian was amazing and the only thing they could have done better was to have cleaned up a bit more.
