Myles was fantastic, came in and looked over everything on the furnace troubleshooted unfortunately it appears to be our Tankless Water heater so a plumber needs to look at. He explained in detail what he did and why we now need a plumber The ladies we spoke to over the phone are very helpful and great customer service.

Myles did a furnace and humidifier maintenance check today and I found him to be very professional, friendly and thorough in his work.

Had the pleasure of Myles providing our furnace service and it was a great experience. He was friendly and professional and communicated everything extremely well. Thumbs up all around! Bonus points for him putting up with our friendly (but annoying) dogs. Further praise: We had another great experience, this time utilizing Arpi's for a new furnace installation. Our project manager Jonathan was super helpful and very accommodating with all the questions I had throughout the process as AI supercharged my research skills. He worked with us to revise the provided quotes accordingly and was extremely responsive. Parwinder and his crew then did an awesome job with the installation. Very friendly guys and had everything working as it should. The upgrade from a 25+ old furnace to a new high efficiency one has drastically improved the comfort of our home. Thanks Arpi's!

Thank Myles Robinson for a prompt and professional service in supplying and installing a new control board in our furnace today. Thanks!
