Very experienced installer and apprentice did an excellant job replacing old furnaces, air conditioner and hot water tank with state of the art new high efficiency furnace, heat pump and power vented hot water tank. The furnace replacement was done on a day with outdoor temps in the -20's but we hardly noticed that the furnace heat was offline for a few hours. After work was complete, Ross and Madox cleaned up everything. Three cheers for a job well done!

The installation team this time had to endure some incredibly hot temperatures outside for several hours but they worked hard, were always polite and friendly, and cleaned up everything after. The Arpi's technician, Habte Fikreyesus was very professional and articulate in checking my furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. He took the time to explain in detail any questions that I had about setting the air conditioner or features of my panel. He did recommend without pressure a water leak alarm or surge protector for furnace. Excellent service!
