On time , very polite , done right ! The tech guy advised me clearly about my furnace condition, so there were no surprises on the outcome . Unfortunately my furnace is now n the end of its life, so whatever I get from it, I will be happy about it. I have been served by Arpis since I built my house, and they also take care of of my ac units . Highly recommended

Excellent service yet again! Annual service moved up a day to accommodate unexpected heating crash. Technician Robb Natalie arrived right at time expected and proceeded to diagnose and fix problem with 12 year old furnace (regulator valve failed). Once this problem had been addressed, Robb then completed the annual inspection, including the humidifier and hot water tank. Fast efficient service from a knowledgeable technician, leaving me confident in the operation of my heating unit for another year. Thoroughly appreciate the response and level of customer service. Highly recommend this company.

We’ve used this company a few times now since moving to Calgary and so far we have been very impressed by there work. They were a big help when the board to our furnace died over the winter and quickly got it fixed and we have to give a special shout out to there technician Seth Vanderzweep. We have multiple pets including two large dogs and he’s been really good at interacting with them. If you have any pets we would suggest requesting Seth and we look forward to continuing to do business with this company.

My wife and built a home in 2024 and reached out to a couple HVAC groups to install a heat pump and make some upgrades to our furnace after the fact. Arpri’s, who did the original HVAC rough-in, provided the best experience without any doubt. Project manager Michael, answered all our questions, provided an objective option list and was patient with our questions. The technicians, Lovepreet and Brady were professional, timely and courteous. Arpi’s will be our go-to for any HVAC-related queries. Kudos to the whole team.

Poly B replacement - the whole process was very smooth and professional from start to finish. Julian came and quoted the job in a timely manner and provided an accurate proposal, he also clearly explained the work involved and different options. When the tech arrived he was very professional and worked cleanly and was focused on doing a good job. There was little mess and each day the rooms were left tidy and water was available. He also gave good insights into different water softener options for possible future work. From quotation to execution, they were always on time and were very transparent. Would recommend these guys and will continue to use them for my furnace maintenance.

Jared did a great job servicing our furnaces, humidifiers and air conditioning unit. The service was comprehensive and included diagnostic tests, measurements and visual inspections, all of which were documented for me to review.

Booked for a furnace service after being let down by other companies. They called back right away and got us an appoint for next day. Jared showed up on time and was excellent. Highly recommend.

It was a cold winters night, not a creature was stirring. Not even the furnace because the control module was dead. :-) I ended up buying the module at Arpi's because they were the best price for it. Others wanted $1600 more for a 900 dollar part. So good on them for that. But also when I showed up right at the end of the day, just minutes prior to closing, the parts counter guy was smiling and very personable. Ill give him credit, I hate being that guy that shows up that late, but he was very helpful and we chatted about a few other things. I never felt like he was rushing me out since it was the end of the day. Seeing this means his management team treats the staff well. This shows through to the public. Ive been buying parts here, not very many, but over the past 20+ years. Whenever I have needed a part, they have had it in stock and the best priced, even from online sites. Hope they dont see this and adjust 😀 I am warm once again after I fixed the furnace blower motor! Yay!

Employee name: Ray Fan Absolutely amazing service, explained every step that he was completing, making sure i properly understood, I saw him complete numerous tests to be sure he was replacing the correct parts, he was very friendly and even gave me extra advice on many things that would help the longetivity of our furnace. Overall amazing service, and I have peace of mind knowing he was extremely throrough while completing the job!

Leroy was incredibly helpful. My heater fan was vibrating the home, and they came the next day. I thought the part was overpriced but the service from Leroy eases the pain. He also offered and did a full furnace inspection. The best journeyman I have met for sure.

I recently had a furnace and heat pump installed at my home. My basement is finished, it took some outside the box thinking to get the electrical for the heat pump to my fuse box.
