It was time to replace the 23 year furnace this spring, not that it was giving me trouble but age was not on my side. I picked four HVAC providers to come out and give me a quote. Price was not the only criteria I was looking at, I needed to be educated on the new systems and have my questions answered. All the while not feeling pressure from the sales representative to “sign up today and we can have that in for you tomorrow”. After getting the quotes, reviewing them as well as the sales pitch I choose Arpi’s as my provider.Rene Rapalo came out, did a static pressure test, explained how he did the heat loss calculation to determine the BTU I would need for the new furnace and why it was much less than my old furnace. He explained the install, contacted the furnace manufacture to verify information, relayed that information to me as well as explained why there had a been a change. The install was booked, Gord and Max showed up on time and went straight to work removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Gord took time to explain why he was doing certain things and did an excellent job cleaning up the humidifier drain as well as the A/C drain. A few days later the chimney liner was run and the ducts were cleaned all done by professional people. Each crew cleaned up behind themselves so well it was hard to tell they had even been here.Rene even came back to conduct another static test on the new furnace and tweaked the blower motor speeds as per my request. From start to finish this has been a positive experience for me and I highly recommend Arpi’s for your HVAC needs.

These guys are the GOLD standard when it comes to customer service! Kevin made multiple visits to my house to modify my new humidifier, ensuring I was completely happy with the final result. No charge and very fast service. Can't say enough about how great this company is!
