Excellent customer service and communication starting with Dennis, answered all our questions. New AC installed within time specified, Elod and Jagroop were punctual and thorough. Anything wrong or needed to be done was mentioned and things were suggested. Area was cleaned and wouldn’t know work was done when they left.

My family and I have been long time customers of Arpi’s and recently had operational problems with our air conditioner during a recent heat wave in Calgary. Arpi’s showed up the same day that we had request a service appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue and outlined a resolution. We decided to proceed with the repairs which included requiring replacement parts which Arpi’s needed to source from the manufacturer.Even with the numerous issues, extensive delays, and lack of communication from the part manufacturer/supplier, Arpi’s team was able to find a swift resolution to the problem and complete repairs with an even better replacement part in a timely manner.I am impressed with the Arpi’s team willingness to swiftly deal with customer issues and Arpi’s focus on customer satisfaction. I appreciate the Arpi’s management team’s focus on finding a resolution and the technicians who completed the component replacement and air conditioning unit repairs.We sincerely appreciate the efforts of Jeff and his team along with all of the completed work done by the technicians.
