We had an unusual problem with our furnace making noise. Arpis continued to send out technicians until the problems were fixed. Clayton Hopton was the final technician that resolved everything. Being a VIP member meant that I paid one small fee and all the rest was covered under warranty. Thanks so much Arpis for fixing all the problems professionally and quickly!

I wrote a negative review this morning but upon reading my comments Damien , from Arpi’s phoned us a few hours later . He sent Ryan, a different technician to our house later that day and fixed everything perfectly. Ryan was very professional. We really appreciated how this company followed up on our problem and remediated it very quickly. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Clinton and team professionally installed a new Lennox furnace, thermostat and rebuild whole-house humidifier for me. He briefed me on the workings of the appliances, answered all my queries.

Technician Vanessa Lam dispatched to bring our heating back into service at 2am. A new blower motor was installed and what appeared to be a highly recommended circuit protection hardware system. Than you.

Almost three weeks ago I had the furnace replaced and the team of two technicians was amazing; they’ve installed and cleaned before they left. I did not write a review before the inspection was completed and as expected, everything was done according to the book. Thank you to Navjeet and his colleague C. (sorry, I do not know the spelling and I do not want to get it wrong)

Had a new furnace installed. Joe Schneider was wonderful. He was very professional and polite. He explained things very clearly. Work was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after.

Fantastic service all around. Put a call in on the website at 10pm Wednesday night, technician was at the house by 9am Thursday, had the problem resolved by 10am. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Also, very well set up as far as website, technology for dispatch etc., and had the parts on the van to fix, no delay waiting for 2nd visit etc. 100% Arpi’s are now my HVAC service provider going forward.
