Ross and Maddox installed new AC for us recently and we are extremely thrilled with their service and professionalism. Ross took us patiently through at the beginning and end to ensure we understood everything. They went above and beyond sealing things and tuning up furnace things completely unrelated to the AC that we paid for. John was the salesperson on the front end that did a very thorough estimate and walk through. He blew us away with his HVAC technical knowledge and the amount of options and transparency that was given. The entire purchase was a far better price than reliance and their staff all seemed way more knowledgeable and trustworthy. We are so happy we found our new go-to for furnace/AC needs!

I’ve used Arpi’s in past years for furnace, air conditioning, and boiler replacements. The job this time was to install a new water softener. As before, the Arpi’s service rep, Jesse, was extremely professional, provided excellent communication on timing of arrival, work progress, completion time, etc. This was a tricky installation due to the location and complexity of the water plumbing, and Jesse provided a neat, tidy installation. He also cleaned up following the installation thoroughly, and took time to explain the new system and review the documentation. I was completely satisfied with the work of Jesse and Arpi’s, and would highly recommend them for all plumbing and HVAC service. Update May 2026 - had a boiler issue that required service. Their technician Daniel Hingley was fantastic to deal with - found the problem quickly and had it fixed immediately (was a control system failure on the hot water storage tank). Dustin took the time to explain the problem and the solution, and also to do an inspection on the rest of the boiler system. I’m extremely satisfied with Dustin’s work and with Arpi’s again.

We had our ducts cleaned last week. Ian from Arpis and his colleague did the annual furnace and vent cleaning. As usual, a great job!!!! Highly recommend this service from Arpis.
