My wife and built a home in 2024 and reached out to a couple HVAC groups to install a heat pump and make some upgrades to our furnace after the fact. Arpri’s, who did the original HVAC rough-in, provided the best experience without any doubt. Project manager Michael, answered all our questions, provided an objective option list and was patient with our questions. The technicians, Lovepreet and Brady were professional, timely and courteous. Arpi’s will be our go-to for any HVAC-related queries. Kudos to the whole team.

I had to have my Poly B piping removed and I was quite pleased with the job that Arpi's did. It's not a job I would want to go through again but glad it's done. Julian was amazing and the only thing they could have done better was to have cleaned up a bit more.

Poly B replacement - the whole process was very smooth and professional from start to finish. Julian came and quoted the job in a timely manner and provided an accurate proposal, he also clearly explained the work involved and different options. When the tech arrived he was very professional and worked cleanly and was focused on doing a good job. There was little mess and each day the rooms were left tidy and water was available. He also gave good insights into different water softener options for possible future work. From quotation to execution, they were always on time and were very transparent. Would recommend these guys and will continue to use them for my furnace maintenance.

Jared did a great job servicing our furnaces, humidifiers and air conditioning unit. The service was comprehensive and included diagnostic tests, measurements and visual inspections, all of which were documented for me to review.

Kenny was thorough and very informative as to what they did to the units and giving information to extend our units. Very respectful to both my husband and myself in explanations. Robert was great. We had a neglected furnace and AC unit and both Robert and his partner got everything cleaned up, a few things fixed, a few things added and got us set up on a recurring maintenance program to avoid additional neglect in the future. Highly reccommend.

Arpi's was a really great company to work with. We first met Craig at the home show and he helped us through everything we needed to know about an a/c unit for our house. Install came quickly from order date and was done quite fast. Jag did a great job on the install. It definitely helped when we ended up winning the unit and install from the home show draw.
