Radiant Heating and In-Floor Heating

Radiant heating, also referred to as hydronic heating and in-floor heating, has always been a popular, energy efficient home heating system option. If your home has an existing radiant in-floor heating system, we can help you maintain that system. These heating systems use a series of tubing to run hot water beneath the floor, along baseboard heaters, or through radiators to heat your home. The use of a combination water heater boiler system provides efficient commercial or home heating and water heating in one advanced system. New Boiler FAQs

1. How much does a new boiler cost?

Typical installation cost for a high efficient condensing boiler can range anywhere from around $8,000.00 to $20,000.00 depending on the boiler make, size and accessories/options.

2. How long does it take to install a boiler?

Boiler installation can range anywhere from 2 days to over a week depending on the amount of work required.

3. Are boilers being phased out?

Boilers as a whole are not being phased out but as of July 1^st, 2023 mid-efficient boilers will no longer be available for installation. Any installations after July 1^st, 2023 will be required to be of high efficient condensing technology.

4. Should I get a boiler?

Condensing boilers are one of the highest efficiency appliances available on the market and can be used for a wide range of applications including heating of your home through the use of radiant heat emitters, domestic hot water production and can even be used to melt the snow on your driveway. Speak with a licensed professional to determine if a boiler is right for you.
