I bought new furnace and hot water heater from Apri. Spencer led the installation team to install the new furnace and hot water heater over 2 days. I found Spencer to be very professional. He took the time to answer my questions regarding the installation. The installation was completed right on time based on what Spencer said. After the installation, Spencer took the time to explain to me what they have done, how to adjust the hot water heater and how to program the thermostat. They have done an outstanding job.

Ryan and Hunter showed up on time, went through what the process was of the service, listened to our concerns and completed the service as needed leaving the complete work area clean and tidy.
