Myles was on time and performed all necessary adjustments etc. He asked appropriate questions about CO detectors and assured me my merv12 filters were ok just change more often like 60 instead of 90 days . Explained option to get annual check or just pay as you go which is what I prefer too. These people know furnaces they installed my unit and they check everything necessary. If there is a problem like I had during install it was rectified no drama no BS . Even gave me a senior discount 5% which is always welcome. They have been around since the early 1960’s and it shows they want to maintain their good reputation.

Asked me if I had any questions. This allowed me to ask about humidifier. Not understanding range, he explained it was set for winter and only operates when furnace operates. Range is between 30-40. Cleared up that situation for me.

I could just never say enough about the Team at Arpi's Industries !! And again it is Vanessa and her helpers that have come and saved our skin by corrrecting everything that we have struggled with - I really would not call anyone else than Arpi's - just go straight to the experts - that is the most inexpensive route every time. Excellent service with quotation provided, two days later they were in the house replacing the existing furnace. Workers were polite and kept the area clean and protected the hard wood floors. Replacement and installation only took 5hrs. At the end, we reviewed everything that was done. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service from quotation to demolition and construction.

He shared his report complete with pictures (before and after) and recommendations. I didn't feel pressured to buy the additional services that they offered.
