Great service department. Need to give tons of credit to Rob who was the tech who did our regular service in November and then happened to be the on call tech who responded to our call when our furnace stopped working the night before we left on a vacation. He warned me about the known issue with our 20 year old furnace in November and then remembered our house 5 months later. Confirmed what the issue was based on my description and saved us a late night call out. While he was willing to come out and inspect our furnace we elected not to based on the low likelihood of being able to fix the issue that night. Arranged for a new furnace quote from John the morning after we returned from holiday (he was wonderful) and got our new furnace installed the next day. He laid out options for us and gave us exactly what we needed and didn't pressure us into extra work. Made a horrible situation much better through knowledgeable staff and responsive service. Shout out to Naomi at the office for arranging everything so quickly. Will continue to use Arpi's going forward.
