Ross and Maddox installed new AC for us recently and we are extremely thrilled with their service and professionalism. Ross took us patiently through at the beginning and end to ensure we understood everything. They went above and beyond sealing things and tuning up furnace things completely unrelated to the AC that we paid for. John was the salesperson on the front end that did a very thorough estimate and walk through. He blew us away with his HVAC technical knowledge and the amount of options and transparency that was given. The entire purchase was a far better price than reliance and their staff all seemed way more knowledgeable and trustworthy. We are so happy we found our new go-to for furnace/AC needs!

We purchased a new high efficiency furnace and hot water tank from Arpi's in February 2014 and have since had the furnace serviced by Arpi's this February 2015. Throughout the installation process and more recently the servicing of our furnace we have found that all Arpi's personnel from the point of sale to maintaining the equipment are knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Any questions are answered and explained to my complete satisfaction. They also take great care to make sure they leave your home in the same condition that it was in before they arrived. If I had any regrets it would be that I did not discover Arpi's years ago and save myself many a headache! On September 14, 2022 we had Arpis install A/C in our home as they had a very competitive quote. As usual we found everyone involved for this installation to be knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. Over the years we have used Apris to install a high efficiency furnace, hot water tank and now air conditioning. There are great and do things right the first time. Once Leroy Rahman was the technician who completed a thorough annual inspection and servicing of our furnace and air conditioning units today. Leroy is a respectful and knowledgeable tech with excellent communication skills. Leroy explained his findings, we discussed options and he made arrangements for a cost estimator to come by to further assess and provide a detailed replacement cost estimate. Leroy was again a pleasure to deal with and have in our home.

My furnace was making a nasty noise, for quite some time, so I called Arpi's. Booking on line was easy and several days later Habte showed up, on time, and with a helpful attitude. He replaced a Condensate pump and checked over everything else. He never tried to upsell me to anything else and explained all the furnace functions. First called them when our very old furnace was acting up, and they showed us the crack in the heat exchanger. They shut off the furnace, and a project manager arrived an hour later to give a quote, and leave us with space heaters (it was February). The crew arrived the next day and installed the new furnace. That earned our trust. We’ve had zero issues since, and have made ARPI’s our go-to mechanical contractor.
