Jared did our annual Platinum Servicing today for both furnaces & AC's. We appreciated his thoroughness, knowledge and experience. He provided us with a detailed summary along with photos and others with instrument readings. We now feel confident going in to the Winter season. He was extremely personable and answered all of our questions.

I had a great experience with Arpi's for installing my new furnace. I'm an architectural technologist and was confident I knew my stuff but Jonathan knew more about it than me, so I knew he understood the process and scope of work required. Since I work and an estimator I got 3 quotes and they were also the best priced with the best package, so was an easy choice. We scheduled a day for installation, Terry arrived on time and did a great job. Not only was the product and work great but they managed to keep my 12 week old kitten in the house and not stepped on. Thanks again guys.

Once againI, ARPI'S for the win. Called to book the annual inspection for the furnace. Mentioned I had an error message on my thermostat that would need looking at. We determined that the thermostat should not wait. ARPI'S was here a couple of hours later, when it would not reset, it was replaced under warranty. Fast friendly service from a skilled technician.

Anthony Johnston and team did a great job installing my new furnace and heat pump. Stephen Downs was also great to deal with. Very happy overall :)

I decided to get a quote from Arpi's through Costco's program after speaking with a few friends that have used them for furnace replacement. I needed furnace and hot water tank. I called them and the project Mgr called me back within a few hours. He came by the next day to see the existing setup, discussed fully with me and had a quote prepared within an hour. The pricing was at the lowest end of my estimated price range after speaking with a few other places. I confirmed the deal the next morning and was scheduled for install 1 week later. The crew showed up on time, around 8:30 am we're very careful and easy to work with, not that I had to do much. They were done by 3:30 and left the area cleaner than when the arrived. I am very happy with their work and with the professionalism they have shown throughout the process and would highly recommend them.

Wes did an awesome job with our yearly furnace and AC service. He was very thorough and explained everything that we needed to know. He went over and above and it was a pleasure conversing with Wes. Hope we can get him to do our service next year!
