- Online shopping is available for Calgary residents only. Orders will be delivered to addresses within the City of Calgary. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address in Calgary, AB.

- Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $50
Online orders placed on arpis.com with a minimum order value of $50 are eligible for free shipping within the City of Calgary. Most in-stock items ship within five business days by Arpi’s carrier of choice. Arpi’s cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
- Express Next Business Day Delivery
Shipping is $15 for orders under $50 and orders will be delivered the next business day. This shipping method is also available for any products that you want to receive faster. Delivery is Monday to Friday.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
- Please specify any delivery instructions in the comments section of your order.
- You may arrange for an in-person or curbside pickup of your order at 6815 40th Street SE by specifying in-store or curbside pick-up in the comment section of your order.
- In-store and curbside pick-up of orders placed online will be released to the buyer only and require presentation of the payment card and valid photo identification.
ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY
- Arpi’s will use its carrier of choice for all deliveries and makes use of Canada Post and other common commercial couriers.
- Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM MST.
- Arpi’s will endeavour to ship all orders as soon as possible in accordance with the shipping option selected, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific delivery date, and will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
- Shipments will be delivered to the front door of the house or the ground floor lobby of an apartment or condominium building.
- You do not need to be home for delivery. All shipments will be delivered as No Signature Required (NSR).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt. All claims for damage, shortage or shipment errors must be made within 24 hours of delivery or next business day.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product or if you receive a shipment from us that was not what you ordered, please visit arpis.com to return the product.
- Login to your account at arpis.com, by clicking ‘Login’, ‘Orders’ and ‘Return’ beside the order for the damaged product.
- Please select ‘Damaged Product’ or ‘Defective Product for the Subject of the Refund Request.
- Enter any further details and/or pictures and click ‘Submit Request’. We will be happy to make it right for you.
- Products purchased online, that are eligible for returns, must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date to receive a full refund onto the original form of payment.
- All returned products must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging and with all original parts to be eligible for a refund.
- To initiate a return, please visit arpis.com, click ‘Login’, then ‘Orders’ and ‘Return’ beside the product you want to return.
- Arpi’s will endeavour to respond to your request for return within one business day. You can login to check the status of your request at any time.
- Approved return requests will be notified by email from email@example.com along with the instructions to complete the return.
- Returns are accepted in-store or can be shipped at customer’s expense using the customer’s choice of carrier to the following address:

- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, unless the product was defective or Arpi’s made a shipping error, in which case Arpi’s will cover return shipping costs.
- You are responsible for loss and damage during return shipping and until we receive the item.
- All orders will be refunded onto the original form of payment after the item has been received.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, the customer will be notified via email when the credit has been processed to the original form of payment.
- Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- All sale items and non-eligible return items (marked non-refundable) are final sale.
- Items received that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable period will not be processed and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Online orders are not eligible for exchange, a new order would need to be placed on Arpi’s website.
