We had an unusual problem with our furnace making noise. Arpis continued to send out technicians until the problems were fixed. Clayton Hopton was the final technician that resolved everything. Being a VIP member meant that I paid one small fee and all the rest was covered under warranty. Thanks so much Arpis for fixing all the problems professionally and quickly!

Clinton and team professionally installed a new Lennox furnace, thermostat and rebuild whole-house humidifier for me. He briefed me on the workings of the appliances, answered all my queries.

I could just never say enough about the Team at Arpi's Industries !!
And again it is Vanessa and her helpers that have come and saved our skin by corrrecting everything that we have struggled with - I really would not call anyone else than Arpi's - just go straight to the experts - that is the most inexpensive route every time. They just seem to see the subject of furnace and air conditioning just like we do ; they know what we want and they have the True Pros Thankyou and Congrats !!

Excellent customer service. My 30 year old furnace went down in the evening and they had it fully replaced within a day. Took care of absolutely everything, including permitting and code compliance. Technicians were incredibly efficient and professional

Almost three weeks ago I had the furnace replaced and the team of two technicians was amazing; they’ve installed and cleaned before they left. I did not write a review before the inspection was completed and as expected, everything was done according to the book. Thank you to Navjeet and his colleague C. (sorry, I do not know the spelling and I do not want to get it wrong)

Had a new furnace installed. Joe Schneider was wonderful. He was very professional and polite. He explained things very clearly. Work was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after.

Myles was a hero and fixed our furnace during a surprise weekend cold snap. Much appreciated!

Habte, the technician, was very thorough in his inspections and adjustments. We went over everything, discussed replacing a defective part on the humidifier (which we did). Overall, good service.

Kent arrived on time, was pleasant & knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue I called about but also found a gas leak on the furnace and fixed that immediately as well!

Had no heat! -20 outside. Arpi’s was able to get me a new furnace installed the next day and offered to lend me space heaters. Robert got straight to work and helped me move my furniture to make room for them. They all did a great job and a little more than I expected, thank you.

Thought it was time to give a shout out to my furnace technician Ray. Ray has been servicing my furnace for close to 19 years now, and each time I book my annual service I request him. Ray is very thorough and methodical, and always answers my questions in detail when asked. I can honestly say that Ray has never tried to up sell me on anything, and if he does recommend something then I know to take it seriously. As a side note I now have Ray and Arpi's servicing all HVAC in my mother's house. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbours.

My furnace was running all night with no heat. A friend recommended Arpi's. I called and the technician Seth was here within 1.5 hours even thought it wasn't an emergency. Although he had to delivery the bad news about needing a new furnace, he was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, giving me a few options. Very please with his service.

When my basement furnace died during a cold freeze in Calgary (Feb 2026), I knew Arpis was the best choice for me since there was 26 years of Arpis service history on my original furnace.

Kent Chen was the service technician and he was very knowledgeable offering options for part replacement of the circuit board ($) or to evaluate a furnace replacement ($$). He was open and honest, that our 26 year old furnace has exceeded it's expected lifespan helping us with our decision for replacement.

Craig Dyer had previously been our Project Manager at our rental property where we replaced our furnaces, and we requested that he helped us assess the furnace replacement at our home. He is very knowledgeable and was able to professionally determine the best quality equipment for our house. We are glad to have him back since we trusted his expertise.

The installation team was Navjeet Singh along with Joe and Usman. They showed up first thing in the morning and worked until late in the afternoon. Since my home is somewhat older, they were able to work in the smaller space in my utility room to disassemble my old furnaces, install the new high efficiency furnaces and venting, and cleaned up the work area. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency on the task at hand with no issues.

Myles R was onsite today to check for a possible gas leak around or near our furnaces and water heater. He spent an hour testing everything , with sensors, bubbles, etc. He als tested for CO2. There were no leaks and all was good. Myles was prompt, polite, thorough, and made sure that I understood everything he did and and asked if I had any questions. Peace of mind was worth the visit.
