Arpi’s has been our furnace and air conditioner maintenance for several years and we can’t say enough about the service. Our technician this time was Scott and his plumbing knowledge and expertise was outstanding, not to mention his customer care. Habte, the technician, was very thorough in his inspections and adjustments. We went over everything, discussed replacing a defective part on the humidifier (which we did). Overall, good service.

Kent arrived on time, was pleasant & knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue I called about but also found a gas leak on the furnace and fixed that immediately as well!

My furnace was running all night with no heat. A friend recommended Arpi's. I called and the technician Seth was here within 1.5 hours even thought it wasn't an emergency. Although he had to delivery the bad news about needing a new furnace, he was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, giving me a few options. Very please with his service.

When my basement furnace died during a cold freeze in Calgary (Feb 2026), I knew Arpis was the best choice for me since there was 26 years of Arpis service history on my original furnace.

Kent Chen was the service technician and he was very knowledgeable offering options for part replacement of the circuit board ($) or to evaluate a furnace replacement ($$). He was open and honest, that our 26 year old furnace has exceeded it's expected lifespan helping us with our decision for replacement.

Craig Dyer had previously been our Project Manager at our rental property where we replaced our furnaces, and we requested that he helped us assess the furnace replacement at our home. He is very knowledgeable and was able to professionally determine the best quality equipment for our house. We are glad to have him back since we trusted his expertise.

The installation team was Navjeet Singh along with Joe and Usman. They showed up first thing in the morning and worked until late in the afternoon. Since my home is somewhat older, they were able to work in the smaller space in my utility room to disassemble my old furnaces, install the new high efficiency furnaces and venting, and cleaned up the work area. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency on the task at hand with no issues.

Myles R was onsite today to check for a possible gas leak around or near our furnaces and water heater. He spent an hour testing everything , with sensors, bubbles, etc. He als tested for CO2. There were no leaks and all was good. Myles was prompt, polite, thorough, and made sure that I understood everything he did and and asked if I had any questions. Peace of mind was worth the visit.

Very experienced installer and apprentice did an excellant job replacing old furnaces, air conditioner and hot water tank with state of the art new high efficiency furnace, heat pump and power vented hot water tank. The furnace replacement was done on a day with outdoor temps in the -20's but we hardly noticed that the furnace heat was offline for a few hours. After work was complete, Ross and Madox cleaned up everything. Three cheers for a job well done!

We had a great experience with Arpi’s when our furnace stopped working. Our technician, Fikreyesus H., was fantastic. He provided a quick diagnosis and went above and beyond by fixing a wiring error from the original installation 13 years ago. Our furnace is now finally running on its proper two-stage setting. Fast, professional, and highly knowledgeable!

Had a feeling my furnace was caving during our second winter cold snap and arpi’s was able to send out the next available technician in a very timely manner. Robert Hudson came out asked what was going on and was quick and descriptive showing me pictures explaining to me and showing that i only had about 2 options and the amount of stuff that was caving or broken to repair the old one was priced out around the same for a new one, also did what he could to get it to hold on a little longer while he set up a meeting with Kevin Gawazuk to quote on a new furnace.
Kevin was able to be at my place in under 30 minutes to give me some options and was able to set up and get my new furnace installed the very next morning! Out came Spencer whitford and his helper riley and they got everything removed installed with a clean setup on a new lennox that is working great! I highly recommend talking with arpis on your plumbing needs all staff are super friendly awsome to socialize with and are professional with there job

First of all great customer service, they were flexible with times and worked around a time schedule were we could be home and didn’t have to take time off work for repairs, showed up during a snow storm on time with windchills of near -40. Our technician Leon was very informative and went above and beyond for us, showed us exactly what the problem was with our furnace and even though he didn’t have parts on hand he went the extra mile to get the heating back up and running for me and my family. Leon was friendly and patient and definitely feel satisfied with the service he provided. Great work thank you much appreciated, also informed us of extra services arpi’s provides that we weren’t ware of and tried to save us a few dollars were he could, great guy

I woke up to my furnace not working. Kelly P was the technician that came to the rescue. Within one hour of arriving, he had diagnosed and replaced the parts causing the grief. Great service, professional and explained everything to me. Thanks for a job well done and having heat in my house on a -20c morning.

Arpi’s was fantastic from start to finish. My furnace stopped igniting during a deep cold snap, and their technician Myles arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. It turned out to be a failed inducer motor capacitor — something that wasn’t obvious from the outside — and he had it replaced efficiently.

What I really appreciated was the transparency. There was no pressure, no upselling — just straightforward advice. Myles also walked me through the overall condition of the furnace and recommended a practical service plan to help extend its life another 2–3 years before replacement. That kind of honest, long-term thinking builds trust.

Furnace konked out during the worse storm of the winter season ... called Arpi's for service, expected a long wait given the extreme weather conditions, but they answered the call quickly and within 2 hours Kevin Scott, the service technician, was at my door. Kevin was polite and efficient... after a quick look and some tests he gave me the 'bad' news, the motor was fried! Within an hour he had installed and calibrated a new one and, voila, the furnace was as good as new. He also answered a bunch of questions I had about the initial problem and associated equipment like the Humidifier and HVAC system. So, all in all, a pleasant and professional experience ... and of course very much appreciated by the customer. Good Job!

I've had Arpi's in on an emergency repair for my furnace yesterday. The technician came within the hour, was courteous and knowledgeable, and had the house heated quickly.

Great text messages to keep me updated on where he was.

I subscribe to their gold star plan, well worth it.

My only trouble spot was their AI operator. It kept scheduling me for 4 days later when I kept saying "emergency service". I finally said 24 hours service before it put me in an actual emergency queu.
