Best Furnace Company Calgary

Very pleased with Arpi’s yearly tune up on my furnace. Jonathan checked everything, answered my questions and was so helpful. Great company, their staff are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Arpi’s!

If I could give six stars, I would. Annual plan so my furnace runs properly for the winter and this year went with the water tank inspection. Lots of notice, Kelly arrived on time and checked both the furnace and hot water tank. Unfortunately, the tank showed signs of needing replacement, thank you for catching that. And spoke on the phone with Hannah and Brittney who made me an early afternoon appointment the same day to have it replaced so we wouldn’t have to worry. Dawson and Igor arrived and we were very impressed with how professional and efficient they were in replacing our tank. A great job by the entire team, and again proving the worth of their yearly maintenance plan! Thank you again.

Had Seth from Arpi’s in on the weekend to replace the gas control on the furnace (leak identified by Atco). Wow…can’t say enough about how fast he came out…how efficient he was in the changeout…and a super nice guy too. You really do have to appreciate where we live…from the fire-department to Atco to Arpi’s fixing the problem all within 3 hours. (and not being hosed on cost). Thanks Seth and Arpi’s…you continue to prove that my decision to use you was a good decision.

I had a yearly furnace maintenance (2 furnaces) done by technician Kevin. He was very thorough, checked everything, and showed me that my carbon monoxide alarms would soon hit their expiry date. (I didn’t know I had to check for that!). He explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions very patiently. He was very pleasant and helpful. A very good experience.

I had a great experience with Arpi's for installing my new furnace. I'm an architectural technologist and was confident I knew my stuff but Jonathan knew more about it than me, so I knew he understood the process and scope of work required. Since I work and an estimator I got 3 quotes and they were also the best priced with the best package, so was an easy choice. We scheduled a day for installation, Terry arrived on time and did a great job. Not only was the product and work great but they managed to keep my 12 week old kitten in the house and not stepped on.
