New Air Conditioner Installation Calgary

We recently had our air conditioner replaced by Arpis. The team was punctual, thorough, and friendly. We always choose Arpis for our HVAC needs.

Very experienced installer and apprentice did an excellant job replacing old furnaces, air conditioner and hot water tank with state of the art new high efficiency furnace, heat pump and power vented hot water tank. The furnace replacement was done on a day with outdoor temps in the -20's but we hardly noticed that the furnace heat was offline for a few hours. After work was complete, Ross and Madox cleaned up everything. Three cheers for a job well done!

Our tech Kelly was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kelly was prompt and offered other products but was not pushy or anything. You could tell he just wanted to ensure that we were fully taken care off. I would be more than happy to have Kelly or any tech from Arpi’s back to our home to service our furnace and air conditioner.

We had Vanessa Lam and Salam come out to service our air conditioner. During the inspection they found some issues with our furnace that we were unaware of. Vanessa was excellent during the appointment. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in discussing the issues and our options. Overall, was a great customer experience and will be referring Vanessa, Salam, and Arpi’s to anyone who asks.

Excellent service on an Air Conditioner job, awesome customer service from estimate to install. Clinton the installer was professional, friendly but most importantly he was thorough, experienced and knew what he was doing. Other companies who quoted tried to sell us upgraded furnaces and made excuses for how difficult the job was, but Arpi’s found a solution and came in at their quoted price. We will definitely use them again.

Adam McLong was just at our place and did an amazing inspection on our furnace and air conditioner, and replaced parts. He instructed us on our thermostat and smoke/carbon monoxide detector. He spent a lot of time here and did such a thorough job. We will ask for Adam every time! We also got a very detailed report so we thank everyone for that as well. And Adam was great with our pets!
