Had a potential emergency with leaking hose bibs. Sam Ireland came on a Sunday callout; ensured the issue was not serious and also replaced both hose bibs as they were failing to close properly. I am so pleased with the service and information Sam was able to provide to keep everything working. Always ask for Rob Natalie to maintain my furnace, humidifier and A/C. Knowledgeable, thorough and always explains what he is working on and what the results are. Am very pleased he is working with my HVAC.

Impressed with my furnaces being serviced by Arpi’s. Rob Hudson was prompt, efficient, very personable & took the time to explain everything to me. Thanks for a job well done!

Got my annual furnace maintenance done today by Joshua, who also did the work last year. He is very efficient and thorough and always does a great job. He is very responsive to any questions I have and offers honest advice without pushing any sales pitches. I would definitely recommend Arpi's to other people.

Thank you Jae! Very knowledgeable! Older furnace had thermocouple challenges and Jae was able to remove a seized thermocouple holder and replace. Appreciate Jae's knowledge of older furnaces.
