Very experienced installer and apprentice did an excellant job replacing old furnaces, air conditioner and hot water tank with state of the art new high efficiency furnace, heat pump and power vented hot water tank. The furnace replacement was done on a day with outdoor temps in the -20's but we hardly noticed that the furnace heat was offline for a few hours. After work was complete, Ross and Madox cleaned up everything. Three cheers for a job well done!

I am a long time customer of Arpi’s. They service my furnace, water heater and air conditioner. My technician Joe was on time, professional, organized and clean. He and his assistant completed a new furnace install with humidifier. I would highly recommend this company!

We had Jonathan come out to do our estimate and appreciated his honesty. Terry came out to replace our furnace and hot water tank, and install a new air conditioner. He was communicative, friendly, and did a great installation. Would highly recommend Arpi's.

We had Arpi’s supply and install a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. They also added heat registers in our basement. The work was done fast and efficiently, Terry and Lovepreet (installers) were very knowledgeable, polite and open to all questions. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

A couple of months ago we found our air conditioner was barely blowing any cold air through our vents. We later noticed water coming out of our furnace. We called Arpi's, and upon inspection they found that we had a number of problems: leaking coolant from the AC unit and frozen evaporator coil were the main culprits. But it didn't end there; the drip pan for the coil had broken due to a manufacturing defect and had leaked loads of water all over the furnace blower fan motor.

It looked as though this would end up being several thousand dollars worth of repairs and parts, and I'm sure we were visibly a bit distraught. However our outstanding technician, Seth, must have made a strong plea on our behalf. Arpi's offered to cover the costs of labor and all parts for just the price of the blower motor, which was likely at least 1/5th of what we otherwise would have paid.

Seth himself came back about a week later to make the repairs, and our AC has been running beautifully since. Thanks to Arpi’s and Seth for softening what could have been a very expensive and stressful event!

Having annual maintenance done just before winter always gives us peace of mind.

Leroy from Arpi’s Industries did my yearly service check on my furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier today. He arrived as per the scheduled timing and texted and called ahead of arrival. He was very personable, informative, and completed all the testing in a very timely manner. He found one problem and was able to install a new part and fix immediately. He made recommendations for maintaining the life of the furnace and air conditioner. He also recommended a new hot water tank. Would highly recommend Robert to provide service in your home.

We recently had Wesley St. Croix from Arpi's do an annual maintenance on our heating and cooling systems. Wesley was prompt, professional and gave a detailed account of how our systems are functioning as well as changing the filter for us. As always, in our dealings with Arpi's, we appreciate how friendly and personable the employees are. We highly recommend Arpi's!

We were extremely pleased with the installation of both a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner. Seth and Jim were polite and very personable, highly professional, and demonstrated an equally high degree of experience, expertise and attention to detail. They were also committed to cleaning up after the work was completed. Our first encounter with Arpi's was through Kirk, who came out and gave us a quote. Again, a thoroughly pleasant experience with a professional who could give a really good description of the kind of system we required and who had a great understanding of the product line. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be a return customer for any other future requirements.

Our tech Kelly was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kelly was prompt and offered other products but was not pushy or anything. You could tell he just wanted to ensure that we were fully taken care off. I would be more than happy to have Kelly or any tech from Arpi’s back to our home to service our furnace and air conditioner.

Chub Grewal conducted the annual maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner on July 7, 2025. I found that his knowledge, attention to detail, pleasant manner, and “patience to explain” rendered him the best Arpi’s technician we have had in 23 years. Chub handled our equipment as if it was his own.

We had Vanessa Lam and Salam come out to service our air conditioner. During the inspection they found some issues with our furnace that we were unaware of. Vanessa was excellent during the appointment. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in discussing the issues and our options. Overall, was a great customer experience and will be referring Vanessa, Salam, and Arpi’s to anyone who asks.

Excellent service on an Air Conditioner job, awesome customer service from estimate to install. Clinton the installer was professional, friendly but most importantly he was thorough, experienced and knew what he was doing. Other companies who quoted tried to sell us upgraded furnaces and made excuses for how difficult the job was, but Arpi’s found a solution and came in at their quoted price. We will definitely use them again.

Adam McLong was just at our place and did an amazing inspection on our furnace and air conditioner, and replaced parts. He instructed us on our thermostat and smoke/carbon monoxide detector. He spent a lot of time here and did such a thorough job. We will ask for Adam every time! We also got a very detailed report so we thank everyone for that as well. And Adam was great with our pets! Kelly was very clear with his explanation regarding what the issues are with our air conditioner. While the news was not good, we appreciated that he informed us the cost of repairs would be not worth it due to the age of the unit. He also gave us some good tips on how to help keep our house cool until a new ac unit is installed.

Arpi’s was at my place as I had heard a noise a couple of times when my air conditioner turned on. They were able to send a tech out the same day I called them!

Jacob came out and did a very thorough check and walked me through all the diagnostics. He was very friendly and helpful.
