The role is within a fast-paced residential plumbing division that completes new home installations.
We expect that you already possess a positive mind set, strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, but you also have a positive, safe and professional attitude. Excellent communication and organization skills are key in this role.
Job Description
This position is for a Residential Plumbing Supervisor. Must have thorough experience (of all stages) of residential new home construction.
Duties
- Scheduling installers/crews as needed to meet builder timelines
- Monitor installation processes and provide training as needed
- Ensure field employees are adhering to health and safety regulations at ALL times
- Supervise sub-contractors to make sure they are following our installation procedures & guidelines
- Resolve on-site issues or conflicts between field employees, other trades, contractors and homeowners
