We had a great experience with Elod and Stephen on the installation and of our air conditioner. Elod was very thorough with everything and took the time to explain it all. This is our first time with air-conditioning, so we didn’t know much, and now I feel very knowledgable about our unit and how to run it. Elod also made sure we were set up for maintenance and showed us the various programs Arpi offers so that we can keep our machine running for many years to come. It was a great experience!

Excellent customer service - had intermittent code on furnace under warranty. Arpi's came out without hesitation even though I couldn't replicate the code to make sure everything was working right.
