Project Description

Airdrie Multi-Use Facility and Library is a two-storey civic building with an integrated parkade. Engaged as the mechanical contractor under a design-assist model, Arpi’s provided detailed budgeting, value engineering, and constructability input throughout preconstruction before transitioning into full system installation. The project featured close collaboration with the owner, consultants, and general contractor, with Arpi’s delivering cost-effective strategies, schedule alignment, and high-quality mechanical execution.
