Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial HVAC service accounts
- Sell preventative maintenance programs, repairs, and retrofits
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and estimates
- Conduct site visits and assess mechanical systems
- Manage awarded projects from start to finish
- Build strong relationships with property managers, facility operators, and building owners
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Own revenue targets and drive division growth
Requirements
- 3+ years in commercial HVAC service sales or project management
- Strong technical understanding of commercial mechanical systems (RTUs, boilers, chillers, pumps, controls)
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Valid driver’s license
