Some of the mechanical projects currently underway at Arpi's:

Peter Lougheed Hospital
Major renovations to the existing hospital and power plant, as well as a large six storey wing expansion to the acute care and ambulatory services will begin construction September 2005 with construction continuing through August 2008.

Bankers Court
A new 16 storey tower will add over 265,000 sq/ft directly east of the completed Bankers Hall complex. The new tower being completed will add exposure along 9th Avenue to the previously completed 2.7 million square foot Bankers Hall complex.

Centennial Place East and West towers
The new east tower at 42 storeys and west tower at 24 storeys will add over 1.2 million square feet to the premier office space in Calgary's Eau Claire area. The project is being constructed to LEED silver standards and will be complete late 2009.

The Bow
Being constructed on 6th Avenue and Centre Street SW will house the corporate headquarters for Encana. The new 60 storey tower will become Canada's tallest building and provide 1.7 million square feet of development.
