The Bow, at a height of 774 feet has already received accolades for being one of the most significant mixed-use developments in North America. "There promises to be two floors of retail, three floors of sky gardens, 53 office floors and four dedicated mechanical floors. The building will be served from the primary mechanical rooms located on floors 56, 57 and 58 of the tower. Additional mechanical rooms are located on floors 24, 25, 42 and 43 as well as in several levels of the below grade 6 storey parkade", Trevor Stunell explained. With a footprint of 190,000 square feet, The Bow?s parking lot alone will span two city blocks. "Due to the number of folks that will be working in the building on a daily basis, 1,400 parking stalls are being introduced. The extensive pedestrian skywalk system has also not been forgotten with skywalk connections to several neighbouring buildings."
